One of the most powerful tools you will ever learn for using the Law of Attraction deliberately is: EMOTION.
When it comes to attracting what you want (and also what you DON’T want), your emotional state says it ALL.
Says what, exactly?
What you are in the process of attracting into your life.
You’ve probably heard that thought is powerful, belief is powerful, expectation is powerful, intention is powerful . . . and yes, all of these things play a big role in deliberate creation.
But your emotions are the best indicator you have of where you are now, and where you will be in the future if you keep feeling the same way.
So, if you are trying to attract more money but you are FEELING BROKE . . . you are attracting more experiences of being broke.
If you are trying to attract the love of your life but you are FEELING LONELY . . . you are attracting more experiences of being lonely.
If you are trying to attract better health but you are FEELING SICK . . . you are attracting more experiences of being sick!
At any moment, if you want to know what kind of manifestations are coming your way in the near future, just check in with your emotions. How do you feel? If the answer is anything less than “GREAT!” you will want to make some changes right away.
What kind of changes?
You want to deliberately generate the emotional states that match the things you are trying to attract into your life.
Now, I know that’s not always easy to do. Our emotions are influenced by so many factors, including things that are completely out of our control.
But the biggest, most powerful influence on our emotions is our very own THOUGHTS.
By deliberately focusing on better thoughts, you can minimize any outer influences and take full control of your emotional state, and by default, the types of things that are manifesting in your life.
One of the easiest ways I’ve found to do this is by pretending that I’ve already got something that will make me feel the corresponding emotions.
So, if I want more money, I pretend I’ve already GOT plenty of money, and pretty soon I start FEELING more abundant.
If I want love, I pretend I’ve already got it and focus on FEELING loved.
If I want better health, I pretend I’ve already got it and focus on how it FEELS to be healthy and vibrant in every way!
It takes practice and persistence to do this regularly, but it’s such a powerful technique. You can feel the difference very quickly. And you’ll start SEEING the difference in the types of experiences that come into your life.
