One of the most powerful techniques to feel good fast is by tuning into the essence of LOVE.
When you feel anxious, worried, stressed, or angry, if you will spend a few minutes focusing on a feeling of LOVE, your whole emotional state will shift.
Start by finding a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Take a few slow, deep breaths to ground yourself and be present in the moment.
Then focus on your heart center and say, “Love.”
Imagine your heart center slowly expanding and opening, and a warm feeling of love beginning to flow out from your chest. Breathe deeply and keep saying, “Love. Love. Love.”
Say, “I am love.” Feel the truth of that. Feel your own loving nature filling you up and reconnecting you with the love of the Divine/Source/God. Just bask in this loving feeling and imagine being held in a loving embrace. Love energizes you, elevates your mood, and can even help your body come back into a state of balance.
You can also flow this love to anyone who may be in need of it. Hold an image of them in your mind and imagine loving energy flowing to them and through them, surrounding them and uplifting them. And as you’re flowing love to them, you are also allowing it to flow more fully through YOU, benefiting the both of you! 🙂
