Have you created a habit of feeling bad? Do you often find yourself focusing on the negative 99% of the time? If so, start turning it around by choosing to feel good as often as possible.
You don’t have to be “bouncing off the walls” joyful every minute of every day . . . but are you willing to strive to feel at least a little bit happy? A little bit optimistic? A little bit grateful? A little bit hopeful?
If so, start by making an intention to check in with yourself emotionally 2-3 times a day, and ask these questions: “How do I feel right now? What can I do to feel a little bit better?” Then wait for an answer to come from within you.
Most of the insights you receive will be simple, like: “Smile” or “Let go”. Do your best to follow your own inner wisdom, and you’ll be amazed by how much better you feel . . . and how willing you’ll be to make the conscious choice to feel good more and more often!
